HTZ WebView INTRODUCTION

HTZ WebView is an app which runs in a web browser and is suitable for phones, tablets PCs and laptops.

It can be used to publish:

  • Coverage outputs from 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, PMR, Broadcast
  • GIS layers
  • High-resolution coverage plots (from 1-2 meters)
  • Multiple selectable layers and analytics

  • Responsiveness while maintaining high-resolution quality as a result of its architecture
  • Compatible with HTZ software for RF coverage and GIS integration
  • Streams light-weight tiles to users (auto coverage tiling)
  • Limits tiles streaming to geographical view (such as Google Maps)

HTZ WebView deployment strategies:

  • Internal/Intranet (Private) – local LAN for local access only
  • Cloud (Private) – managed by ATDI or customer, data centres, dedicated machine or VM (vCPUs)
  • ATDI cloud (customer shared) – hosted and managed by ATDI, subscription-based, instant access to service, scaled to regions on demand and traffic steering to local data-centres

  • Data-centre friendly: suitable for VM deployment scenarios such as Built on Docker. Linux and Windows-friendly. Can be deployed on single or multiple VMs
  • Scalable: adopts load balancers for critical services. Easily instantiated or spin-up new GIS servers to cater for increased demand. Easily scalable for vCPUs and RAM in VM environment
  • Modular and extendable: Plug-in/Plug-out architecture as a result of Docker composer. Container approach allowing storage of faults, upgrades and outage within the container
  • Flexible: hosted and managed by ATDI. Available on subscription basis or for perpetual deployment (private cloud/intranet)
  • Future proof: architecture structure isolates libraries/apps and data
  • Security: adopts SSL encrypted reverse-proxy architecture (Front/Back) and container isolation. Adheres to industry standard OAuth 2.0 and SSO
