HTZ communications’s features a ‘prospective planning’ function which identifies the best locations for new sites for greenfield and densification scenarios. This function is based on coverage target assumptions. The ‘parenting LTE’ function is based on a population of LTE users with profiles and defined traffic demands. This resolves the problems associated with traffic network congestion (or low traffic QoS performance), by adding new sites in the hot-spot areas. This function takes into account DL/UL coverage criteria and traffic assumptions. The ‘automatic search site’ function automatically generates the LTE network design, taking into consideration the required criteria based on the RSRP threshold.
