CALCULATIONS: Propagation Models – "Use World Conductivity Map" Functionality
The ITU-R P.368 propagation model now includes a "Use World Conductivity Map" option. When enabled, this feature automatically applies the World conductivity map, eliminating the need to load it in the clutter layer. Pre-packaged files, WORLDCONDUCTIVITY.BIN and WORLDCONDUCTIVITY.txt, are included in the installation folder for ease of use.
TOOLS: Clutter Settings – ITU-R P.833-10
The ITU-R P.833-10 recommendation is now available for computing linear attenuation in vegetation using the dB/km model. Choose from:
P833 (F) or -2: French coefficients
P833 (B) or -3: Brazilian coefficients
P833 (R) or -4: Russian coefficients.
TOOLS: HF Propagation – Centre-Fed Curtain Antenna Arrays
The ITU antenna type "Centre-Fed Curtain Antenna Arrays" is now supported, expanding HF propagation modelling capabilities.
INTERFACE: Short button/IDWM Conductivity Code Map
This feature displays the IDWM conductivity code map directly, using the default map loaded during installation. It streamlines visualisation of ground conductivity data for propagation modelling.
INTERFACE: Rectangle selection/Extract Vegetation – Vector Polygon Limited
The "Vector Polygon Limited" option restricts vegetation extraction to vector polygons within the selected rectangle, enhancing precision in data processing.
NEW FEATURE: Maxar Module Integration
HTZ Warfare now features direct access to the Maxar module via the <F8> shortcut in the user interface. This dedicated module provides a timeline of Maxar images, streamlining geospatial visualisation and enabling advanced analysis directly within the software.
