HTZ Communications Selected for RF Planning
All partners used HTZ Communications, ATDI’s flagship RF network planning and optimisation software, to design the PS-LTE architecture. Engineers from Aramco Digital, Capgemini, and ATDI applied the tool for:
Integrated with ATDI’s high-resolution mapping, HTZ Communications provided the modelling precision required to deliver a mission-critical broadband communication system.
As project lead, Aramco Digital provided strategic direction and oversight throughout the entire deployment lifecycle.

Drive Testing Confirms High Accuracy of HTZ Predictions
Capgemini and Aramco Digital conducted extensive drive-testing across industrial and urban areas. Field results showed exceptional alignment with HTZ Communications’ predictions, delivering minimal error margins and exceeding expectations.

Lastly, ATDI Supplies High-Resolution National Map Data
ATDI provided 1 m- and 5 m-resolution geospatial datasets covering oil and gas sites, industrial zones, and major cities. These detailed maps enhanced planning accuracy and enabled precise modelling of complex environments.
All data was delivered ahead of schedule to support RF design, optimisation, and site selection.
