The International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a specialised agency of the United Nations, is responsible for coordinating the global use of the radio spectrum and satellite orbits. Through its Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R), it also develops international recommendations and technical reports that enable wireless applications to operate efficiently, safely and without harmful interference. These deliverables underpin everything from mobile and fixed networks, broadcasting, and satellite networks to aviation, maritime, defence, and emerging technologies.
As a long-standing provider of spectrum management and radio engineering solutions, ATDI actively contributes to ITU-R's work to help shape the technical regulations that define the future of radiocommunications. Our involvement ensures ATDI software and services remain aligned with the latest international developments while allowing us to share practical engineering expertise gained from supporting spectrum regulators, network operators and critical infrastructure organisations worldwide.
