A quick look at ATDI's ongoing engagement with the ITU-R.
ITU-R Working Group
Haim Mazar, representing ATDI at the ITU and serving as Vice-Chairman of ITU-R Study Group 3, together with ATDI’s spectrum experts, contributes to the elevation to Preliminary Draft Revision of Recommendations ITU-R F.1245-3 and F.1571, and to the ITU Coordination Committee for Terminology (CCT) terms related to terrestrial cellular user-equipment, broadcasting delivery of advanced call services with media enhancements, DAS, DTSB, DTTB, OTT bypass and SDAS.
ATDI also contributes to developing ITU-R work:
Fixed wireless links for weather monitoring
Preliminary draft of a new Report ITU-R on collecting fixed wireless link performance data for weather monitoring. The work considers how information from fixed service links can support weather-monitoring applications.
Fixed service applications between 450–700 GHz
Preliminary draft of the new Report that addresses the technical and operational characteristics of fixed service applications operating between 450 and 700 GHz, supporting understanding of emerging fixed-service use at these very high frequencies.
Interference between airborne stations in the radionavigation service and stations
in the fixed service in the band 31.8-33.4 GHz
Preliminary draft revision of Recommendation ITU-R F.1571.

TES America represented ATDI at the ITU Regional Radiocommunication Seminar 2026 for the Americas (Buenos Aires, 3–7 August), presenting ATDI's web services for spectrum management, AI engine, and automated, vendor-neutral spectrum monitoring, including occupancy and interference detection with AOA/TDOA localisation. TES America is ATDI’s regional partner for Latin America.
