ICS Portal is a front-end, web-based platform designed for operations centres. It provides real-time visibility into network performance, supporting faster decision-making and enhancing service continuity. With a centralised database and automated workflows, it delivers continuous coverage updates and situational awareness.

Seamlessly integrated with the HTZ Web API, ICS Portal enables live technical analysis and dynamic coverage simulation. Acting as a real-time operational feed, it allows operators to visualise live network coverage across all active sites.

The platform integrates with any network management tool, ensuring that station outages are promptly reflected. This supports efficient identification of service gaps and improved maintenance planning.

Operators can simulate outages or plan maintenance by enabling or disabling specific sites. Filters allow sorting by signal type or region, with a ‘toggle all’ function for bulk actions. Coverage thresholds adjust automatically by frequency and can be customised by user profile, with map views reflecting preset configurations.

With an intuitive user interface, ICS Portal provides operations teams with the real-time insight and control needed to optimise network performance and respond swiftly to disruptions.

HTZ Web API directly connects systems to ATDI’s powerful RF engine, HTZ, enabling automated network planning, interference checks, and dynamic coverage analysis.

Upon receiving a network status update or detecting infrastructure changes, the backend API automatically performs technical analysis to generate real-time site-by-site, composite, and best-server coverage maps, highlighting gaps, performance impacts, and areas requiring intervention. This reliable, responsive, and scalable service ensures control rooms can visualise and respond to network changes in real time.
